Payment terms:

Payment terms - Due date 14 days from invoice date.

Late fees:

Late fees - A $40 weekly late payment fee will be charged if the invoice remains unpaid after the due date. This fee will only apply following a minimum of three attempts to contact you about the overdue payment.

Cost of Recovery:

Costs of Recovery - The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by Dennis Jason De Waal Trading As Dewaal Electrical in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement.  You agree to be liable for and indemnify Dennis Jason De Waal Trading As Dewaal Electrical.  These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.
